|Recommended: YesSettling in Moving after 3 Days — Prospect Hall was my husband and I's first choice to move into because of how well kept it is, the tall buildings, and their lenient pet policies. Parking can fill up quick after rush hour as expected , and the stairs are long and unforgiving. The stairs aren't the issue as my household are pretty active and we're all young. The two things that will be new to me is the lack of dumpsters since I'm used to taking out my trash aka any amount at any time given that we have trash service and it's wonderful , and not having Amazon Hub. Our move in day was a little rough due to the systems not getting our payments sure deposit and it was pretty frustrating because we had to pay extra for our movers since we waited 3 hours for our keys, adding that to our moving fee. It's done and whatever- hopefully that 79 balance it worth over the 1300 we had to pay for those 3 extra hours of waiting.
Anyways, I will say we are very disappointed to try to go to the gym after hours today on June 4th. If the fitness center is 24 7 access with the key fob, why can I not open the front doors as it is manually locked bolted I pressed the handicap button and the doors inside opened, but what was the purpose if the front is locked for me to GET IN, and key fob myself in the gym I took a video for evidence if needed. Extremely disappointed in that factor.
|Recommended: YesMostly Great — Everything is great. The only problem is the walls and floors are thin, so you can hear your neighbors.
|Recommended: YesJudy Burke — I have been a resident here at Prospect for two years. Customer service has always been very important to me both in my personal life as well as in my work. Two years ago I selected Prospect Hall. I am grateful every day to be part of this Community. I can recommend Prospect with confidence, based on their attention to every aspect of great customer service and their courteous and professional staff. The grounds are extremely well cared for and well lit. I always feel safe.
|Recommended: YesReview of Prospecthall — I really have only one problem of the cars that parked here that expired and they’re still here over the entire year, I realize the residence, but they used to be active cars and not just park their permanently because they’re afraid to take it out to drive.
Other than that, I love it here, the office crew that I dealt with and I have to mention Kim and Stacey have been marvelous. I had a lot of fun at the functions and I want to continue having going more of them.
The maintenance crew is phenomenal. Not only are they friendly. They’re just just amazing.
I do highly recommend people to live here

|Recommended: YesClean, comforting community. I just wish we had more parking — Just moved in this week, and I have had great experiences so far. Everything is clean, up to date, clear, and comforting. The only comment I have is that convenient parking can be pretty difficult to find after 5 6.

The grounds are kept nice, and the Maintenance men and staff are very funny and likeable. They make it an honor to call this place home and be a part of this wonderful community, I see myself being her for years to come
