|Recommended: YesReview for 2024 — I am a huge fan of Prospect Hall. I first lived here in December 2015 - January 2019 and returned January 2022 to present. The only reason I moved in 2019 was due to a job relocation. I missed Prospect Hall like crazy and it was a relief to come back Prospect Hall is truly my home and I rave about it constantly. It is a place you can be proud to invite friends and family over to for dinner or a visit. The community never felt closer to me than during the recent death of a valued staff member. The special reception that was organized, where we were able to gather and share memories, was so lovely and warm. I don't know how many residents actually live here but the fact that everyone knows the Rachuba staff by name, and also, had so many deep, personal loving stories to share of the life of the decedent, is a testament to the uncommon quality of life and closeness here. In addition to this event, the staff puts together regular wonderful gatherings for the residents and makes this site really fun I continue to endorse Prospect Hall to all. You will never get this level of personal care and attention anywhere else

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — This is a great place to live, quiet, respectful neighbors and staff, the maintenance crew take care of the request pretty fast. The common areas are always well maintained.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Everything here is awesome, from the peace and quiet outside to the wonderful staff and groundskeepers. My only complaint is moreso on tenants there's quite a bit of dog waste left around the dog park and patches of grass around the neighborhood.

|Recommended: YesNew Resident — So far so good. The application process was very smooth and the leasing staff are always there to help when I call with my million questions. Allison was very helpful through the entire process. No complaints as of yet
|Recommended: YesBeautiful Apartments — Prospect Hall Apartments are beautiful. I find ours spacious for a two-bedroom and filled with light because of all the windows. I’m pleased with the quiet area and feel safe walking my dog at night.
