|Recommended: YesGood place overall — I’d definitely recommend someone to live here who does not have kids. For I am able to hear the kid upstairs and it causes a lot of noise.
|Recommended: YesParking Sucks — There is not enough parking late at night. Staff insists there are enough spots but I've driven the whole lot when I return late at night and have had to wait for a spot to open up twice. This started happening recently. I believe the apartments are now at max capacity. I believe people park for a short amount of time illegally and it ends up costing residents up to an hour looking for a spot we are paying for. Absolutely unacceptable.
I'd like to compliment the maintenance staff for how responsive and effective they are. Best maintenance staff I've ever had in an apartment complex. 6 5.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful Living Community — Overall this is a beautiful community , the ground are very well taken care of and when I need anything taken care of they are very quick with responding to my concerns, and the valet garbage removal is awesome as well as the great amenities. Coming from Pittsburgh, Pa. I would be pleased to refer these apartments as a Great Living Community.
|Recommended: NoTrash valet service — I noticed recently trash collection valet service is no more that reliable. For instance even yesterday 11 5 like many other times before they did not pickup the trash even though it was placed outside the door by 6 30 evening in valet trash can. I am very disappointed.
|Recommended: YesAmazing place to live — We moved to Frederick to look for a new area to plant roots, and Prospect Hall Apartments made it so easy for us to learn about our new home. The parking is somewhat problematic if you get home late or have guests, but never to the point where it's been inconvenient. There are occasional dog bombs, which we do not blame the complex for because they send out notifications about owners picking it up and they do what they can, but some people can't be bothered. There are plenty of dog waste stations, so that is not the issue
|Recommended: YesReview — The only issue I've had after moving in last month has been my reluctance to use the recycling dumpster on the property as it is often overflowing with both recycling and trash.
|Recommended: YesI have always found the people in the office represent the quality of the ongoing experience you will have living in an apartment complex. Not only is Kim the best leasing agent I have ever worked with, but I believe one of the best service providers in general in any profession Her seamless communication, knowledge, accommodating manner and adherence to all rules to ensure residents are safe is above any expectation I may have had. She takes ownership of the process and pride in simplifying the experience for residents. I am not easy to please and I found my experience with Kim to be flawless.

|Recommended: YesNoisy Neighbors — I don't ever recommend living on the 1st or 2nd floor. Neighbors upstairs at all hours of the night keep you up with all the stomping and things being thrown on the floor. Other than that great place to live.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful property not friendly residents — The property is beautiful and it’s very quiet here. However, residents aren’t the friendliest can be a bit judgmental. I’ve lived in many apartment complexes never once had residents complain about me bother me. My boyfriend i haven’t even been here for a month we already had multiple complaints filed against us from our downstairs neighbor. We are in the process of moving respect the rules of not making loud noises after 10pm. But our downstairs neighbor made up lies about us saying we’re loud every night past 10pm were up drilling at 4am. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I’m now resorting to being petty recording documenting each time my bf i put furniture together move furniture incase another complaint happens more lies are told. We don’t bother anyone keep to ourselves. Now i have to walk on eggshells. It’s discouraging stressful. I’m also pregnant don’t need people acting immature. If it was such an issue you would think they’d knock on our door, not complain like children to the office.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I’ve lived her since November 2019 and love it. I barely hear my neighbors and the grounds are well kept. I see that they are adding railing to certain bottom floor apartments, I live on the bottom floor and would love to have the railing on my porch. Hopefully they add that to each of the apartments with the large balcony’s. Overall the maintenance staff and rental staff are amazing.

|Recommended: YesGreat Overall — Property is very quiet and close to downtown Feels safe here and the maintenance team is fast at responding to any maintenance issues. My only issues are the garbage disposal services and dog poop. There is only one dumpster and on the weekends, it’s a horrible sight literally trash everywhere. Also, if you have a pet, there are plenty of pet fur friends but owners who seriously lack the discipline to pick up their pet’s poop.
