|Recommended: YesAwesome place — It's a really nice apartment, everything works fine — the only issue we have is with neighbors upstairs. They have kids, and the incessant running around and stomping is very clear.
|Recommended: YesVery nice community. Well maintained and great staff. — I really like my apartment and living at Prospect Hall. I am most happy with the serenity and pleasant neighbors. It felt warming and welcoming since moving in. All amenities are great and easy to access. My only regret is that I did not move to the most top floor floor of my building. I value QUIETNESS, especially while sleeping, reading, or relaxing and watching tv.
|Recommended: YesNice apartment — The apartments are nice and clean. I really like the garbage pick up, very convenient. I, personally, don't care too much about hearing my neighbors. It is perfectly normal to hear your neighbors, there isn't a neighborhood that doesn't have quiet' neighbors. All in all, pretty amazing place to stay.
|Recommended: YesGood overall — Been here for a few years. The grounds are kept up nicely. Love the proximity to highways and shopping centers. Never really deal with any of the office staff or maintenance staff. Noisy neighbors are a problem no matter where you are. Parking is limited around my building at times.

|Recommended: YesHigh Quality Apartments easy access to Frederick area — I would recommend Prospect Hall Apartments to any one working in Frederick or with in 30 min of the city.
|Recommended: YesNice, Cozy, Well Kept Apartments — Generally everything is rather nice here. I enjoy all of the amenities that have been included with living here. Proximity to get around Frederick and the surrounding area is another plus, it does not take long to get on any of the highways. The recent construction on butterfly lane has been a little bit of an adjustment however it is a minor inconvenience to essentially drive the same distance a different way. Only real issue i have had has been with my windows during heavy rainfall. Sometimes water will leak in through the window and has the potential to get some things wet. Nothing has been damaged when it has happened more of an awareness thing.
|Recommended: YesHigh quality and spacious apartments in well looked after community — Prospect Hall apartments offer with spacious rooms with plenty of light, a well equipped kitchen, generous storage space and hardwood floors throughout the apartment. Many apartments are coming with corner windows, making the living room even brighter. Only downside is that the apartments don't have balconies patio available for ground floor . Prospect Hall apartments are located in a quiet neighborhood at the edge of Frederick with views into the green. Very friendly and responsive staff and maintenance people. I would highly recommend living here.

The only thing I'm not a fan of is being able to hear my upstairs neighbors at all hours but I will put most of that blame on them as with having wood floors there needs to be a carpet as a buffer. Outside of that, this is by far my favorite place that I have ever lived.

The one improvement I would suggest is that there are not enough trash dumpsters.
