My cons but, not worthy of my moving
As what often comes with living in conjoined units, you will hear your neighbors.
The maintenance of dumpster areas have always lacked attention so, I utilize the valet trash service.
Parking is the luck of the draw in front of your building after 6pm.
I've been really impressed with the resources food pantry and community events food trucks, virtual beer tasting events, etc. provided for residents by the new management team, as we must now practice social distancing. The attention to detail to the keep community safe, clean, and smoke free is why I call Prospect Hall Apartments home.
|Recommended: YesJust Okay — The light fixtures are annoying as they draw the influx of bugs but I get it enhances security by providing the necessary light. We are okay with this as it is only a short term lease.

|Recommended: YesA beautiful home — I feel at home, secure, and happy with my apartment at prospect hall. It is a spacious one bedroom with beautiful finishes and an amazing view, I enjoy cleaning, maintaining, decorating and waking up in it everyday. Staying at home during covid has been less stressful because of this supportive community and comfortable quality lifestyle at a price that is affordable for me.

|Recommended: YesSo far, so good — I've been living here with my boyfriend for less than a month. The noise level has been minimal to none, people are friendly, and the 2 bed 2 bath space is perfect for us. We don't have a dog, but the apartments are pet friendly. Overall, good experience so far and can't complain
